Custom Photo Frame Policy  1. Product Specifications

• This policy applies specifically to our custom 9×12.5 inch photo frames.

• All frames are made to order using high-quality materials and crafted based on customer-selected options (color, finish, border style, etc.).

• The image size should match the 9×12.5 inch dimensions for best fit. If the image is a different size, we may crop or add borders unless otherwise instructed.

2. Customization Details

• Customers must ensure that uploaded images or artwork are high resolution (minimum 300 DPI) and correctly sized for a 9×12.5 inch frame.

• All design preferences (e.g. color, text placement, matting, glass type) must be clearly stated at the time of order.

3. Order Changes

• Changes to custom frame orders can be made within 12 hours of order placement.

• After 12 hours, we begin the production process, and no changes or cancellations can be accepted.

4. Production Timeline

• Production typically takes 5–7 business days.

• Custom or high-volume orders may require additional time. We’ll inform you in case of any delays.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Frames are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

• Shipping times vary by location, and tracking information will be provided.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery information.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

• Because this is a customized product, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• If your frame arrives damaged or with a production error, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund accordingly.

7. Ownership & Copyright

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that any image or content submitted for framing is owned by them or legally licensed.

• We reserve the right to decline orders with copyrighted, offensive, or inappropriate content.
