At Dreamaya, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags
In its original packaging
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Solvents, tapes, adhesives
Hair systems
Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
Custom or personalized items

The return policy applies to the following Dreamaya products:
Clothing (T-shirts, apparel, etc.)
Photo frames
Bags
Accessories (excluding the non-returnable categories listed above)
All eligible returns must meet the condition requirements above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 12 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
